We have started our Partnership with Microsoft since 2006 providing Professional Implementation Services for MS Dynamics RMS & MS Dynamics GP & MS Dynamics AX, MS 365 On Prime And cloud.

Our beginning in the Egyptian Market started with implementing MS Dynamics RMS across 75 branches of one of the leading Retail Chains (SAS and Carina) which launched our strong existence in the Retail sector.

Then we expanded our product portfolio to include MS Dynamics GP, that promoted our services to provide total solution for Retail Chains, whether Manufacturers, Trading (Importers and/or Re-sellers).

In addition, we included in our portfolio MS Dynamics AX & MS Dynamics AX for Retail, MS 365 On Prime And Cloud as End to End Enterprise Solution.

Since his graduation from Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University in 1984, Mohamed managed to take different roles of Projects Management, Applications Consultation, IT Director and Senior Business Consultant in different industries in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Mohamed gained huge business and management experiences leading successful projects team for major industries such as automotive, retails, manufacturing, distribution, engineering & constructions, Government, Utilities and other major economical sectors using major software solutions such as BAAN, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft as well as many other solutions providers. In 2006, Mohamed founded Technology Universe (www.tchuniverse.com) which is today recognized as the leading implementation partner for Microsoft retail & distribution solutions.
